The Week That Was
The Pats ended the WHL pre-season on a losing note as the Prince Albert Raiders swept a home-and-home between the clubs last week.

Wednesday night in Regina, the Blue and White fought from behind to take a lead in the third period, but Matteo Gennaro found a tying marker just seconds later before Calder Brooks won the game, 4-3 in overtime for the Raiders.  Connor Gay and Patrick D’Amico each had a goal and an assist in the loss.

The teams resumed hostilities Friday night in Prince Albert as the Raiders cruised to a 4-1 victory over the Pats.  Maximilian Kammerer scored the lone goal for the Pats while Brendan Guhle scored twice for the Raiders.  Pats rookie forward Sam Steel finished atop the WHL Pre-Season scoring race with 10 points (6G, 4A) in four games.
