I would take both those guys on the Riders any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Don Mathews uses to say that if you were not playing on the edge you are taking up space.
why would you take Simoni who is a good enough linebacker but tries to injure other players????????? Who would you take out of the Rider lineup to insert Simoni??? The truth does not have to answer questions.
Playing on the edge is one thing but playing in a style that puts the safety of others at risk is completely indefensible. It’s just a game to us fans but injuries have real world and potentially life changing consequences to the players on the field. Injuries happen on the field which is a risk that players sign up for but when one player (Simone Lawrence) is the cause of multiple injuries, this no longer counts as an accident. Riders can win without putting the safety of players at risk.
