  • 3DownNation’s Justin Dunk joined the show from downtown Toronto to preview free agency and discuss the Rider coaching staff.
  • Midway through the show the Riders unveiled their 2020 coaching staff and the panel debated the selections.
  • Eskimos RB Calvin McCarty joined the show from the City of Champions. He’s excited for his 14th season with the Green & Gold and explained why he’s survived so long with one franchise (versatility). Calvin reflected on his career, what’s ahead for the Eskimos, and thanked the RP Show for giving CFL players a platform to express themselves.
  • The daily Capital Auto Mall/Universal Collision Centre poll question was: Should the NBA retire Kobe Bryant’s #24 league-wide? Over 60% of respondents said yes.

Note to Rider gm Oday, Nik Lewis would be a fine addition to the Riders receiving core. Coax him out of retirement and then sign.
