Week 4 NFL Picks For PUMPJACKS!

The NFL’s fourth week arrives with several intriguing matchups, including a pair of AFC East rivals meeting in Buffalo, the Cowboys visiting Houston and the Rams heading to Philadelphia. Here’s a look at all 16 games, with the current point spread and a straight-up winner for each.
Point spreads are based on lines available Wednesday, Sept. 30 and are subject to change.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns
Spread: Steelers -2.5
The Steelers are coming off a wild victory over Cincinnati while Cleveland has quietly opened the season 2-1. This should be a physical AFC North battle, but Pittsburgh has more offensive firepower.
Pick: STEELERS
Indianapolis Colts vs. Washington Commanders — London
Spread: Colts -3.5
The first London game of the season sends Indianapolis and Washington across the Atlantic after both teams avoided an 0-3 start. Jonathan Taylor and the Colts’ running game should give Indianapolis enough control to win a close one.
Pick: COLTS
Arizona Cardinals at New York Giants
Spread: Cardinals -1.5
This is one of the hardest games on the board to handicap, with both clubs looking to establish some consistency early in the season. I’ll take Arizona’s offense to make just enough plays on the road.
Pick: CARDINALS
New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills
Spread: Bills -6.5
Buffalo is 3-0 and gets this AFC East matchup at home, while New England enters after a disastrous loss in Jacksonville. The Patriots will need a dramatically cleaner performance from Drake Maye to keep pace with the Bills.
Pick: BILLS
New York Jets at Chicago Bears
Spread: Bears -3.5
Chicago enters this one with plenty of confidence after knocking off Philadelphia on Monday night. The Jets have shown flashes, but the Bears’ home-field advantage and momentum give them the edge.
Pick: BEARS
Dallas Cowboys at Houston Texans
Spread: Texans -2.5
Houston is still searching for its first victory, while Dallas has been one of the league’s more productive offenses through three weeks. The Texans’ defense will have to find a way to slow down CeeDee Lamb and company.
Pick: COWBOYS
Los Angeles Rams at Philadelphia Eagles
Spread: Rams -3
The Rams have the league’s No. 1 total offense through three weeks but blew a big lead against Denver last Sunday. Philadelphia was hammered by Chicago on Monday night, and I’m expecting the Eagles to respond in front of their home crowd.
Pick: EAGLES

Green Bay Packers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Spread: Packers -3.5
Green Bay has looked like one of the more balanced teams in the NFC, while Tampa Bay’s situation is worth watching closely because of Baker Mayfield’s injury status. Assuming Mayfield plays, this could be a very competitive game, but I’m still siding with the Packers.
Pick: PACKERS
Tennessee Titans at Baltimore Ravens
Spread: Ravens -11.5
Baltimore has every reason to come out aggressively after dropping a wild shootout to Dallas. Tennessee has struggled to generate enough offense, and Lamar Jackson should create too many problems for the Titans.
Pick: RAVENS
Miami Dolphins at Minnesota Vikings
Spread: Vikings -10.5
Minnesota is 3-0 and playing extremely well defensively, while Miami has struggled to find consistency. A double-digit spread is significant this early in the season, but the Vikings have earned the benefit of the doubt.
Pick: VIKINGS
Kansas City Chiefs at Las Vegas Raiders
Spread: Chiefs -4.5
The Raiders are one of the league’s five remaining unbeaten teams, making this an especially interesting AFC West showdown. Kansas City, however, has too much experience in these divisional battles to overlook them.
Pick: CHIEFS
Los Angeles Chargers at Seattle Seahawks
Spread: Seahawks -7
Seattle is the defending champion and has started the season with another impressive defensive identity. The Chargers are capable of making this interesting, but Seattle at home is a difficult assignment.
Pick: SEAHAWKS
Denver Broncos at San Francisco 49ers
Spread: 49ers -2.5
San Francisco survived Arizona in Week 3 and remains unbeaten, while Denver rallied from a huge deficit to stun the Rams. This could be one of the week’s best games, but I’ll trust Brock Purdy and the 49ers at home.
Pick: 49ERS
Detroit Lions at Carolina Panthers
Spread: Lions -3.5
Detroit gets a Sunday night spotlight after Carolina lost a close one in Cleveland. The Lions’ offensive balance should eventually wear down the Panthers, particularly if Detroit can establish Jahmyr Gibbs and the running game.
Pick: LIONS
Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints
Spread: Saints -2.5
The NFC South rivals close out Week 4 on Monday night in what should be another tight divisional affair. New Orleans gets the home-field advantage, but Atlanta has enough offensive ability to steal this one.
Pick: FALCONS
