Week 6 rolls into Sunday with a London showdown, several intriguing divisional battles and a primetime clash between two NFC heavyweights. The Philadelphia Eagles are looking to reverse their recent slide, the Buffalo Bills aim to keep rolling, and the Dallas Cowboys face a difficult test at Lambeau Field.

Here are our game-by-game previews and straight-up winners, along with the point spreads for reference. The spreads are consensus market snapshots and can vary by sportsbook.

Sunday’s Games

All times Eastern. Picks are straight-up winners, not against the spread.

Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars

9:30 a.m. ET — London

Spread: Jacksonville -2.5 | Total: 42.5

Jacksonville enters this international matchup in much better shape at 4-1, while Houston desperately needs a win to revive its season. The Texans have talent, but the Jaguars have shown greater consistency and should benefit from their recent momentum.

Pick: JAGUARS WIN

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: Baltimore -3.5 | Total: 40.5

This AFC North rivalry should be physical, with Cleveland hoping its defense can make life uncomfortable for Baltimore. The Ravens have the more established offensive ceiling, and I’ll trust them to find enough points in a potentially low-scoring contest.

Pick: RAVENS WIN

Carolina Panthers at Philadelphia Eagles

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: Carolina -3 | Total: 39.5

Philadelphia desperately needs to stop the bleeding after a frustrating stretch that has seen the defending contenders surrender late leads. Carolina arrives with confidence and a defense capable of exploiting the Eagles’ depleted roster. This is a dangerous spot for the home side.

Pick: PANTHERS WIN

Pittsburgh Steelers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: Pittsburgh -2.5 | Total: 39.5

Pittsburgh will look to control the tempo with physical football and force Tampa Bay into difficult third-down situations. The Buccaneers have home-field advantage, but I’m leaning toward the Steelers’ ability to win a close, defensive-minded game.

Pick: STEELERS WIN

New Orleans Saints at New York Giants

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: New Orleans -1.5 | Total: 45.5

The Giants have been competitive despite their quarterback challenges, while the Saints are trying to halt a troubling losing streak. New York’s defensive improvement and home-field advantage make this a genuine toss-up, but I’ll back the Giants to produce a timely response.

Pick: GIANTS WIN

Chicago Bears at Atlanta Falcons

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: Chicago -1.5 | Total: 52.5

Chicago hopes quarterback Caleb Williams can spark the passing game as the Bears look to build momentum. Atlanta’s rushing attack could keep the Falcons in control, but Chicago’s defensive ability to limit the ground game gives the visitors a narrow edge.

Pick: BEARS WIN

New York Jets at New England Patriots

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: New England -7.5 | Total: 43.5

New England has the opportunity to take care of business against a Jets team that has struggled to establish consistent offensive production. The Patriots should be able to dictate the pace at home, although divisional games can be unpredictable.

Pick: PATRIOTS WIN

Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts

1:00 p.m. ET

Spread: Indianapolis -6.5 | Total: 44.5

The Colts have a significant opportunity against a Tennessee club still searching for answers. Indianapolis should have the advantage in offensive execution and overall consistency. The Titans need to generate early momentum to make this competitive.

Pick: COLTS WIN

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams

4:05 p.m. ET

Spread: Los Angeles -12.5 | Total: 51.5

The Rams have the firepower to exploit Arizona’s defensive weaknesses, and the home side will look to turn this divisional matchup into a statement win. The Cardinals could keep it close early, but Los Angeles has too many ways to score.

Pick: RAMS WIN

Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs

4:25 p.m. ET

Spread: Kansas City -8.5 | Total: 41.5

Kansas City enters as the clear favorite, while the Chargers need to find answers on both sides of the ball. The Chiefs’ experience in high-pressure divisional games makes them the safer straight-up selection, even if Los Angeles can make things interesting.

Pick: CHIEFS WIN

Buffalo Bills at Las Vegas Raiders

4:25 p.m. ET

Spread: Buffalo -5.5 | Total: 53.5

Buffalo’s offense should be capable of creating explosive plays against a Raiders defense that will need to win its share of one-on-one battles. Las Vegas has the potential to make this a shootout, but the Bills have the edge in quarterback play and offensive versatility.

Pick: BILLS WIN

Dallas Cowboys at Green Bay Packers

8:20 p.m. ET — Sunday Night Football

Spread: Green Bay -1.5 | Total: 53.5

This is one of Sunday’s most compelling matchups, featuring two offenses capable of putting up points in bunches. Green Bay gets the benefit of playing at Lambeau Field, and that home-field advantage could prove decisive in what should be a tight, entertaining contest.

Pick: PACKERS WIN

Monday Night Football

Washington Commanders at San Francisco 49ers

Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET

Spread: San Francisco -7.5 | Total: 51.5

San Francisco enters as a substantial favorite and will look to take advantage of a Washington team that has struggled for consistency. The Commanders have enough offensive potential to make this interesting, but the 49ers’ balanced attack and home-field advantage should carry the night.

Pick: 49ERS WIN
