MOOSE JAW WARRIORS TEDDY BEAR TOSS ON NOW!

The Moose Jaw Warriors are excited to announce that the 2020 Murray GM Teddy Bear and Toy Toss, in support of the Moose Jaw Salvation Army, will be held Monday, November 30th and Tuesday, December 1st.

“Murray GM is again proud to be a supporter of the Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club and the Salvation Army with the annual Teddy Bear & Toy Toss,” commented Darroch Cairns, Murray GM Sales Manager.  “The entire team here at Murray’s is so pleased to be able to support the event again this year.”

On Monday, November 30th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, the Moose Jaw Warriors truck, along with vehicles from Murray GM and the Salvation Army, will be parked in the Mosaic Place Parking lot for fans to drop off new or unused plush toys and other toys.

Then, on Tuesday, December 1st from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, the vehicles will be moved to Murray GM where individuals will once again be able to donate toys.

“The Salvation Army is pleased to partner with the Moose Jaw Warriors and Murray GM this year in providing toys for children this Christmas.  This event in the past has been a great support to the Salvation Army and the local community,” commented Cadet Lester Ward with the Moose Jaw Salvation Army.  “This year the need is even greater than in the past.  Toys requested for all age groups up to age 14, mitts, scarfs, and toques would also be greatly accepted.”

People are being asked to place the toys in plastic bags before they put them into the vehicles.  As well, individuals will be asked to comply with Saskatchewan Health Authority guidelines while at both locations.
